- Was the grandaughter of Sir Walter Brock, born in Scotland, and whose brother was Gen. Isaac Brock, to whom Gen. Wm. Hull surrendered at Detroit, in 1812. M. Kadavy (m62663_@hotmail.com) [RootsWeb genealogy database (mkadav)], shows Janet BrockÕs father as Walter and grandfather as John. Most likely Gen. Isaac Brock to have been fatherÕs brother. [1]
